- Gather and synthesize employee feedback and sentiment to inform message refinement.
Required qualifications: • 5–7 years of experience in internal, change, or corporate communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills, with close attention to detail.

- Demonstrated experience managing communications plans, timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Preferred qualifications: • Experience partnering with senior leaders and presenting communications plans, recommendations, or materials to executive audiences.
- Experience developing employee communications that explain change clearly, answer expected questions, and build trust through transparency.
