Subscription traps are the resume-tool industry's worst habit, so here is our whole policy in plain language. Short version: plans renew until you cancel, you cancel yourself in two clicks, and there's a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything.
Canceling a subscription
- Sign in and open your dashboard.
- Open billing and click Manage Subscription — this opens the Stripe billing portal.
- Click Cancel. Done — no retention flow, no email required.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If anything in that flow ever fails, email support@onetworesume.com and we'll cancel it manually the same day we see it.
Bought a 7-Day Pass earlier?
The 7-Day Pass is no longer sold. If you bought one before September 23, 2026, it works exactly as sold: it expires on its own after seven days, keeps no card on file for renewal, and never converts into a subscription — there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds: 30 days, no questions
- Every paid plan — and any 7-Day Pass bought earlier — has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- To claim it, email support@onetworesume.com from your account email with "refund" in the subject.
- Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
- No exit interview, no "are you sure" gauntlet.
After you cancel
Your account simply becomes a free account: resumes preserved, editing and AI improvement still working, Pro features locked. Your data stays yours — delete individual resumes anytime, or request full account deletion as described on the security and data page.
Common questions
How do I cancel my OneTwo Resume subscription?
Open your dashboard, go to billing, and click Manage Subscription — it opens the Stripe billing portal where Cancel takes effect immediately for renewals. No email, no phone call, no chat with a retention script. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do the plans renew automatically?
Yes. Two Week Pro ($9.99 every 2 weeks) and Monthly Pro ($14.99 a month) renew until you cancel. Canceling from the billing portal stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do refunds work?

What happens to my resumes after I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your account reverts to the free plan: your resumes stay, editing and AI improvement keep working, and Pro features (downloads, tailoring, premium templates) lock until you upgrade again. You can also delete any resume, or request full account deletion, at any time.
