Subscription traps are the resume-tool industry's worst habit, so here is our whole policy in plain language. Short version: cancel yourself in two clicks, 30-day money-back on everything, and our one-time pass can't renew because nothing is stored to renew it with.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If anything in that flow ever fails, email support@onetworesume.com and we'll cancel it manually the same day we see it.
