Job Description: The Senior Lead of FP&A is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain operations. This role partners with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.

What you'll do: • Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, cost per unit, and logistics expenses.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses comparing actual results vs. budget/forecast.

• Support pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and margin impacts.

Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

• Finance

• Accounting

• Economics

• Supply Chain Management

• Business Administration

5-6 years' experience in

• Financial analysis

• Supply chain, logistics, or operations

• Cost analysis or budgeting* Inventory management

• Procurement or sourcing

• Manufacturing or distribution environments

Preferred qualifications: • Strong financial modeling and forecasting

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations.

• Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory management.
